    Send the documents

    Plans, specs and addenda, or add us to the project in your plan room.

  2. 02

    Scope and RFIs

    We split the job by division, write each scope and send you the RFIs before the deadline.

    Sub outreach

    RFQs go out with the scope attached. We follow up and track addenda.

  4. 04

    Leveling

    Each bid is checked line by line. Exclusions are flagged and missing scope gets a plug.

  5. 05

    Roll-up

    You get division totals, recommended subs and clarifications. Your team sets the final number.

Who does the work

Wick Construction is a Dallas company run by Neil Wickham, a project manager with more than 20 years in commercial construction. He has bid and built medical, restaurant, fitness and retail tenant finish-outs across the country.
